Бъдещето на зеленото отопление - Пътят към популяризирането на електромагнитното индукционно отоплително оборудване

Protecting the earth's resources and environment on which humanity depends, as well as conserving energy, are major challenges facing the world and an inevitable responsibility for humans to maintain long-term harmony with nature. In the new round of technology revolution characterized by environmental protection, China has demonstrated great enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility. Energy conservation and emission reduction are the only way for China to achieve sustainable development and Необходимо изискване за защита на дългосрочните интереси на страната, като същевременно премахването на задния производствен капацитет е решаващо средство за постигане на целите на енергийното опазване и намаляване на емисиите .

With the growing awareness of energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental protection, and the implementation of relevant policies by various countries to support these efforts, new energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies, processes, and equipment-including electromagnetic induction heating-are being increasingly adopted in industrial production, civil, and commercial sectors. Industrial induction heating, as well as civil and commercial induction cookers, have developed rapidly. Electromagnetic induction heating represents a major revolution following heating methods such as thermal energy generated by burning wood, liquefied gas, natural gas, and diesel, as well as direct heating via the resistive heating effect of current-carrying conductors.

Over the past 20 years, with the development of power semiconductor devices, electromagnetic induction heating has advanced rapidly. Traditional heating methods such as industrial resistance furnaces and flame furnaces are gradually being replaced by induction heating, which is hailed as a "green heating" method for its energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and safety. Additionally, with the progress of power semiconductor devices and control technologies, induction heating equipment itself has undergone significant changes: its system structure has become more compact and sophisticated, with smaller volume and weight under the same power capacity, enabling both energy and material conservation. It also features higher automation in control, more precise and accurate parameter adjustment, and more convenient and straightforward operation.

Under the same frequency and power capacity, high-frequency induction heating power supplies based on power semiconductor solid-state transistors (MOSFET, IGBT) are approximately 2/3 smaller in volume and weight compared to those using electron tubes. Their efficiency and energy conservation are increased by 30%, while cooling water consumption and installation area are significantly reduced.
